Ed Caudill is the former chairman of the board at Maxwell Technologies, a publicly traded electronics
company. Previously he served as CEO and President of Fleetwood Enterprises
from 2002 to 2005. Prior to joining Fleetwood, Ed served in various positions
with PACCAR, Inc., including Vice President and General Manager of Kenworth
Truck Co., Vice President of Purchasing, General Manager of PACCAR Parts, and
several management positions with Peterbilt Motors. Earlier in his career, Ed
held senior level sales and manufacturing positions with Rockwell International
and Eaton Corp. He is currently on the Board of Directors for Micro Green,
Inc., a high tech polymers processing company. He holds an MBA from Xavier
University and a BA from Wayne State University.
was Vice President of After Sales Services with Fleetwood Enterprises from 2004
to 2005. John held various sales and marketing positions for 24 years with
PACCAR, Inc. Responsibilities included General Marketing Manager for domestic
and international service and parts. John also consulted with PACCAR for four
years on various international and domestic aftermarket strategy assignments.
John holds a BSBA and and MS in Marketing from the University of Arizona.
